Planning a big trip soon?  Have piece of mind knowing when you get to your destination that your RV or Trailer will be read. With a Pre Trip inspection we go through and test all your appliances, electrical system, batteries, plumbing, water pump and propane system including performing a propane leak test.

Perform a visual inspection, Clean the condenser and evaporator coils ,perform an amp draw test, Clean drains, lubricate blower motor bearings and clean intake filters.

Inspect and test each Lp appliance. Clean and check alignment of electronic ignitors for you lp fridge, furnace and water heater. Test water heater pressure relief valve, flush the hot water tank and replace Anode rod if applicable.

Test the operation of each slide room.  Lubricate all mechanical components and apply a UV treatment to the exterior slide seals. 

Remove tires and disassemble bearing hubs. Inspect brakes and bearings for any signs of wear or damage. Repack all wheel bearings, adjust breaks and set tire pressures. Recommended every 12 months. 

Inspect and clean terminals on all house and chassis batteries, top off batteries with distilled water, perform load test on each battery and apply battery protectant to each terminal. 

Have your Aqua Hot serviced by a factory trained technician. Service includes testing the Aqua Hot on all power sources, remove burner assembly, clean air swirler, replace fuel nozzle, adjust electrode alignment, replace fuel filter, check fuel pressure, and top off boiler fluid. 

Service includes testing the Oasis heater on all power service, Removing the burner assembly, replacing the stone fuel filter, cleaning the fuel nozzle, replace the ignitor, clean the burn chamber, replace the fuel filter and top off boiler fluid. 

Test output of generator, replace engine oil and filter, check air filter, test run generator under load and adjust hertz if needed.
